Board of Directors

The Institute's Board of Directors for the three-year term from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029, is constituted as follows:

President: His Beatitude the Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, Ieronymos.

Vice President: His Eminence the Metropolitan of Hydra, Spetses, and Aegina, Ephraim (alternate: His Eminence the Metropolitan of Karpenisi, Georgios).

Secretary General: Mr. Achilleas Chaldaiakis, Professor of Byzantine Musicology and Member of the Administration Council of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) - Head Cantor (alternate: Mr. Michael Stroumpakis, Professor and President at the Patriarchal Supreme Ecclesiastical Academy of Crete – Head Cantor).

Treasurer: Mr. Athanasios Glaros, Professor at the School of Theology of the NKUA (alternate: Mr. Ioannis Liakos, Associate Professor at the School of Theology of the Aristotle University - Head Cantor).

Members:

Ms. Flora Kritikou, Professor of Byzantine Musicology at the NKUA (alternate: Ms. Sevasti Mazera, PhD in Byzantine Musicology, NKUA).

Mr. Georgios Filias, Professor at the School of Theology of the NKUA (alternate: Mr. Konstantinos Karagkounis, Professor at the Supreme Ecclesiastical Academy of Athens).
